Tiffany’s career evolved through various senior management roles to regional management and eventually private consulting. She has accrued extensive experience across a spectrum of senior living communities, from independent and assisted living to specialized memory care, overseeing more than 850 units. This vast exposure has refined her leadership philosophy and style.
As the Administrator of Renew Saddle Rock Memory Care, Tiffany was instrumental in a 52% revenue rise and a 72% increase in net operating income, paralleled by outstanding customer service—a testament to the consistent 5-star Google reviews during her 20-month tenure. At an Assisted Living Level II & Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit, she rapidly achieved full occupancy within four months of its inception. Before this, in her capacity as the Executive Director of a premium Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit & Independent Living community, she orchestrated a turnaround that revitalized its operations, workforce, and fiscal health, culminating in a successful sale.
Tiffany also made significant strides as an Administrator and Regional Operations Improvement Director at Healthmark Services, showcasing her adaptability and excellence in marketing, sales, operations, and training.
