What apartment amenities do you offer?

What is your staff-to-resident ratio?

The state of Colorado mandates staffing ratios; however, we ensure we provide staffing over and above the mandated staffing to ensure quality services are provided to all residents.

How is my level of care determined?

Our Resident Services Director assesses each resident’s care needs to create a personalized service plan that determines their level of care. Assessments are done prior to move-in, 30 days after move-in, and as needed, to ensure everyone receives as much or as little care as they need.

What services do you offer in Assisted Living?

Some of our residents in Assisted Living simply require assistance managing medications, while others need various levels of care. We can assist residents with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, grooming and even escorts to dining and activities. Each resident has a personalized service plan that is updated regularly to meet changing needs.

Is there a wait/priority list?

Availability is dependant on desired move in date and our waiting list.

Is smoking allowed at Greeley Village?

Smoking is not allowed. We are a smoke-free community.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents’ dogs, cats, birds and fish. Dogs must be approved by the Executive Director, who determines acceptable pet residency. For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests, residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must adhere to the pet policy.

How do I arrange a tour?

We can’t wait to provide you with a tour and answer all of your questions! Give us a call to schedule a visit or for information about upcoming events.

What are your visiting hours?

Greeley Village is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a residential community, there are no scheduled visiting hours. However, out of respect to those living in the community, we request that visitors generally keep to an 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. visiting schedule. If visiting outside those hours, please notify our staff so that we can let you in when the front doors are secured. To ensure the safety of our community, all visitors, including vendors, are required to sign in at the front desk.

What is included in the monthly rent?

The monthly fee includes full dining, coffee, tea service and snacks available throughout the day; housekeeping; personal laundry; local transportation; utilities (except phone); and a full activity calendar of social and recreational programs. We charge a community fee deposit (a type of entry fee).
